Hardware and Software Requirements
Production Pro runs in a browser. This greatly reduces hardware and software requirements for our customers.
Production Pro is supported on many platforms. It will run on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. As with most browser-based applications, you will require a mouse or touchscreen in order to use the software.
Regardless of device, a screen resolution if 1024px by 768px is necessary for all features to display properly. Virtually all modern computers and laptops, as well as most newer tablets have a minimum resolution that exceeds this requirement.
We support the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Microsoft Explorer is NOT supported.

If you are running Windows 10, you have Microsoft Edge. Windows will update it to the latest version automatically when your operating system is updated. If you would like Microsoft Edge on your mobile device, you can find it on the iOS App Store on Apple mobile devices, or on the Google Play store on Android mobile devices. Internet Connection Requirements
A broadband internet connection is required to access your Production Pro site. A cable, DSL, or Satellite connection with a minimum of 768kbps upload/download speeds, and a maximum latency of 700ms is required. We recommend a broadband connection of 1.5Mbps or higher for best performance.
